[App_rpt-users] Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk.ctl exist?)

I keep having this issue with one of my nodes. Anyone have any idea why I
get this?

Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk.ctl exist?)

If I reboot, it clears up.
