I suppose you could validly call it an "issue" :-).
Some (certainly *not* all) NAT devices (such as cable/dsl routers, etc)
do *not* have the ability for a device on the LAN side to access another
device on the LAN side through its WAN address. Obviously, the WebTransceiver
connects you to a node's public IP address (WAN side of a NAT device).
Unfortunately, this is just a shortcoming of these NAT devices. If it really
is a problem, I suggest finding one that performs that routing function
successfully.
