Ya'll need to stop wasting your time with the Pi, it's a well-documented
issue with USB performance or lack thereof due to the SOC design. Also note
the IP performance is at least 50% worse than other ARM 9 designs, the Arm
11 is just that a low cost entry level platform

Good to hear from you Duuuude!
Yeh, I figured you were busy with real / revenue generating work.
I played around with all of the buffer parameters and queue size in
chan_simpleusb and could not get rid of that cyclical raspiness on the
Raspberry!
When it works - it works well, every few seconds the audio gets raspy
and then clears up.
I've also been busy with work and now the holiday parties have started
to kick in! - that's paRties - not paNties :)
