[App_rpt-users] URI Replacing Repeater Controller?

I have replaced my UHF Repeater¹s RLC-1+ controller with a URIx USB
interface.
The receiver and transmitter work great on AllStar but no longer function
like a repeater for local users.
Are there specific settings needed to enable local repeat of audio to the
transmitter?
