[App_rpt-users] Debugging COS

[REDBUTTON_CTRL]

I dont know if this has been fixed in more recent versions, but if you 
have the ctcss=no then you must comment out these arguments in the 
usbradio.conf:

;txctcssdefault=94.8
;rxctcssfreqs=94.8
;txctcssfreqs=94.8

If you don't then App-Rpt is still looking for a valid ctcss tone and 
cor to activate.
