Looks like it (at least the comment in the app_rpt.c file) appeared between
versions 0.303 and 0.304

I Put them on my node 2417 and it seems to make no difference. 

When I send that command it said "TX PL ENA" but I still hear repeater tail
and courtesy beeps. Is this supposed to only transmit the default PL tone
only when a signal is coming in to the repeater? 

I have that node set up as a full duplex and dsp Squelch and pl decode and
it also encodes PL too.

Is it not supported on Version 0.281?

- provided your hang time is long enough.

Many radios need more than 600 ms though - going more than 600 requires a
small program mod and recompile.

Is anyone using tone control in  the usbradio.conf file? (txtoctype)
No matter how I set this No, Phase, Notone, the tone still rides out the
squelch tail, so instead of just hear the voice audio only I get repeater
ID'S and CT's as well. Is there somethig else I'm missing?
