[App_rpt-users] no PTT when simplusb selected.

I believe either you need to set carrierfrom or ctcssfrom or both, to usb
or usbinvert.  A no sets it to ignore that input.

I have mine setup to the following:

carrierfrom=usbinvert
ctcssfrom=usbinvert
