[App_rpt-users] Alternate IAX port >> Registered ok but not listed?

I finally got this working. To close this out, here's what i found.

It turns out the issue was that i had binaddr listed above bindport in
iax.conf. In order for bindport to get used, it has to appear in the file
before bindaddr.
