I check the node I am working on and it has the following:

So bindport is set correctly but the node is still reporting to all the
others as port 4569. in the RPT_extnodes list.

28505=radio at 66.206.229.10:4569/28505,66.206.229.10
I have port 4570 open in the router but the node is not reachable
because of this.
