[App_rpt-users] Permanent connection?

One clarification, if node A initiates the perm connection and node B has a reboot, node A will reconnect to node B without any manual intervention. 
So node A should be on a reliable connection and any node such as node B that has intermittent Internet connections will be automatically reconnected in this particular case.
