[App_rpt-users] RTCM use in Off-line/fail-over mode

RTCM duplex mode 3 support provides mobile full duplex as the repeat audio loops through the RTCM. It’s 100% analog with no delay what so ever. Get RTCM firmware 1.31 and look at menu item 18. Remember the set duplex=3 in your rpt.conf
