[App_rpt-users] RTCM error messages fixed

A big thanks to all that helped me in the last few days, Paul, Michael,
Mark's (both), and Sam, and with earlier issues, if I hadn't have already
thanked the group, I am now !  ..

BTW: the error was fixed by having the rxchannel="radio/usb28842" changed
to  "voter/28842" in rpt.conf and removing the word "Master" from the line
"client1 = pass1,transmit,master" in voting.conf (simple interface, non
voting use)
