[App_rpt-users] Need installation help

Have you ever used teamviewer? http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx
Log into a computer on his network that could see his ACID machine.
Have him hook up a monitor to the ACID box and watch the bootup and look
for errors
just some suggestions
