[App_rpt-users] URIx Now Repeating Fine But Only Carrier Squelch Mode

Hi Chris, In the usbradio.conf make sure you have ctcssfrom=usbinvert if 
your tone decode is active low and uncomment the ctcss settings as below.
Change the tone as required for your setup. Restart asterisk. and it 
should now require both the cor and ctcss to active the repeater function.
