[App_rpt-users] Echolink Connection Issue

I just tried connecting to it.  The first time it would not connect, so I tried it again and it connected right away.  Sounds like they have a net going on right now...

Check your echolink.conf file and see if you have:

 confmode=no

That is telling Asterisk that connections to conferences is prohibited.
