[App_rpt-users] how to update or reinstall

This represents two questions:

What is the best war to update to the latest version of asterisk? I do not think that ./astupd.sh works anymore 

Secondly, even if you have the latest version, but you may have mucked it up beyond hope, what is the best way to reinstall?
