[App_rpt-users] Small System Recommendations

Robert,

I am using a Neoware CA-22. It is both server and node on one machine. I
do not have any other machines for my allstar node. While watching top,
the CPU has yet to get busier than 0.4. It is using DSP for audio, and
runs without fail. 

It has 12Vdc input with a standard barrel plug. Not sure what the low
voltage cut-off is, but it runs fine on a SLA battery that just came
from an auto charger that goes to float after bulk charging brings it up
to 14.1V. The current draw varies, usually above 500mA at idle, and
about 750mA when I'm talking to or listening on the node.

It has a 1GHz processor, 1GB RAM and 1GB flash drive. I used what I had,
but you will have space left over if you are only able to get 512MB RAM
and 512MB flash.

I don't remember if I am using Limey Linux for VIA or i686. I am
thinking it's the for for i686 as I tried loading other linux distros
for VIA on there before I got into allstar and they just plain sucked
and didn't work for garbage.
