Hmm from the  "Error [2455];chan_usbradio.c:5434 store_config: No 
txvoice output configured."

Sounds like you are missing the txmix setting in usbradio.conf file for 
that node.

Do you have something like this?

txmixa=voice
txmixb=no

If not then define something like this.

Also when you did the radio tune txvoice 500 does it key the tx and send 
a 1khz tone?

If it keys an no audio maybe you dont have the tx audio connected to the 
right pin on  the URI. Make sure you are connected to Pin 22 which will 
have the o/p of TX mix channel A.
