[App_rpt-users] Stand alone repeater

Hello to the group

I am rebuilding my 220 repeater , can I use the uri and allstar as a stand alone repeater controller ?

I don't want any links at this time to the 220 repeater , maybe down the road I will link the VHF to the 220 

So do I need a node number ?

I have read about the remote base , and how to do that
