[App_rpt-users] Echolink packet loss issues

Came across the first XIPAR node that seems to have issues with packet loss
only on inbound echolink transmissions.

Another box with ACID proves to be fine.  Not sure if this is a PC issue or
a software issues.. Allstar transmissions are perfectly fine. No issues with
that at all.

Just strange that only inbound echolink has major breakup issues.  Anyone
reunning echolink under xipar?

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Going to hold off for at least a
couple days before reimaging the box.
