[App_rpt-users] Advise for setup

If you are using PL on the repeater, they maybe some options for you.  If
you are not using PL, then you will have to look at options where a shorter
squelch tail is used.

We run similar setups here at some of sites ­ taking advantage of PL to give
the desired results.

We are using USBradio.
