[App_rpt-users] radio-tune-menu error

this is new to me.

Some things have changed. I have not had these errors when installed and
setup my other two nodes in the first couple months of this year. I
downloaded the configs from the portal, did the radio-tune-menu, and it
went right to the menu on the other nodes.

On the new node, I get:
Error parsing device parameters

I'm comparing the new node stuff versus the old, and the only thing
different is the usb[nodenumber].

I did a lsusb, saw the device was plugged in, and same info as the other
machine.
