[App_rpt-users] Router issue

You must use different ports for each computer if they are behind the same
router/firewall.

You can tell the allstar environment to use a different port (many use
4570), through configuring it on allstarlink.org through the sysop
configuration menus.  On your router, tell 4569 to go to one computer and
4570 to the other.

You need to address this first.
