[App_rpt-users] Single RTCM with no GPS

You do not need a timing source to use an RTCM if you don’t want to vote. That’s called mix mode. 

Looks like you have things set up correctly. Not sure why your getting that message. Have you reset both the RTCM and asterisk?

You probably don’t need nodeemp
