[App_rpt-users] Control opp codes

Well I'm making headway here. Now I'm confused again. I was looking at a
way to have the URI stop asserting the PTT line after hearing a certain
DTMF.

I see cop, 3 ;system disable.

Does this mean DTMF 3 will disable the system? I noticed on ohnosec the
rpt.conf.sample it says change these to something other than listed below.

Also what exactly happens on a system disable?
