Move these statements from [telemetry] stanza to node [29999] stanza. Some 
of these I have never seen before, and am not sure where you are getting 
them from.

Hello all,

I am trying to turn off the announcements that allstar makes when someone 
disconnects or connects. I would like to just turn them way down. I have put 
this code in RPT.conf under the telemetry stanza, but it is not working .Can 
anyone help please? What am I doing wrong?
