[App_rpt-users] RTCM with Com-spec TS-64 PL decoder

I'm trying to get this working and can confirm I have the white audio mute
wire connected to the RTCM PL logic line.  No matter if I toggle it normal or
inverted it does not work. 

Has anyone interfaced with this before? 

Other than this it's working :)
