[App_rpt-users] DTMF digits on IaxRpt

I don't know if this is related to above, but I use the cop 48 command to
have my node automaticaly dial DTMF. It is fairly slow dialing though, and
could speed up a bit. Other than recording a wav file, converting it to
GSM, and playing that, is there a way to speed up the DTMF?
