[App_rpt-users] Web transceiver node display

IAX and SIP are very different protocols. SIP only handles session
management, and relies on RTP for audio(/media). IAX handles
everything. SIP sends messages as text, where IAX encodes them as
"binary" data. You can't make one into the other by sending a couple
of extra messages.
