Then Setup another IAX2 trunk 
Ports needed are already setup and open for apt-rpt echolink allstar  

One way is common problem
Usually Need a stun server for sip with nat but other factors also 
Check out nerdvittles.com 
lookup one way audio. 
 Good resource. 
Firewall.  RTP.  Sip Packets. And others
