[App_rpt-users] Host not acknowledging non-GPS disciplined operation

No problem Jim. After looking at how others set up voter.conf I found a
syntax issue. Once corrected, everything has worked flawlessly. My
initial voter.conf was missing the [40586] line and had 1259 =
xxxx,nodeemp,transmit,ulaw. (1259 is the serial number for my RTCM.) My
functioning version of voter.comf is:

; chan_voter configuration
;
;
[general]
port = 667
buflen = 300
password = xxxx

[40586]
40586 = xxxx,nodeemp,transmit
plfilter = y

My only question mark left is whether or not to use "ulaw" (as I saw in a
version sent to me) or "mulaw" in the line.
