[App_rpt-users] Transmit Sequence of tones when all stations are disconnected

Could I please have some example code. I talked for an hour and a half to someone really good at allstar but they still have no idea on how to run a macro or script etc (to eventually dial DTMF) . Only when ALLL stations disconnect. I can not have the command dialed every time a station disconnects because of the fact that a station might be still connected when another one disconnects.
I would really, really appreciate any bit of help, myself, I suck at working with the AllStar command line. Some example code would be very helpful.
This is very important for the repeater I am linking too. I need to Dial DTMF commands when Connected and when No link connections exist. Not when someone disconnects but there is still a connection.

Thanks for any help
