Rpt_dir does too, but its supposed to handle Echolink, IRLP, and X reflector, but its built off the same source as freestar (needs a DV Dongle) but I've been told by  the person who maintains several DStar repeaters in my area that it doesn't operate with any working dstar/ircddb servers. I'd convert my maxtrac repeater over if it does.
