[App_rpt-users] URI build uniformity

I am doing some troubleshooting on a repeater that uses ACID and two URIs.
Can I swap the two URIs without readjusting gains? Also, I don't know which
version of URI we have; would need S/N range for each version. Can I swap
out a URI with a URIx (new URI) without adjusting gains?
