I constantly see the same in my logs and it isn't an issue:
[May  9 15:49:33] WARNING[509]: chan_iax2.c:10127 iax2_do_register:
REGISTER-LOG: Sending registration request for '27220'
[May  9 15:49:34] WARNING[511]: chan_iax2.c:7690 registry_rerequest:
REGISTER-LOG: registry rereqquest

The "warning" is notifying you that a registration request was sent.
