[App_rpt-users] more on bulletin playback

Hi Ken,

Interesting, as I also use politeid in my rpt.conf. I have voice ID’s for regular ID, however. I suppose it might make a difference, but do you use rpt playback or rpt localplay? 

I haven’t really played with this in a long time but think I will do so again shortly.
