[App_rpt-users] Zaptel failure

Two issues:
1. why the -0- before the pipe?  
2. to un-gzip and untar in the same command use:   tar xvfz

wget http://x.allstarlink.org/svn-trunk.tar.gz 
tar xvfz svn-trunk.tar.gz
will work for you.
