[App_rpt-users] Node registration issue

I had problems with registration when NATed behind a MikroTik router. Sometimes it would register, sometimes not. Turned out the dst-nat port forwarding was configured wrong and was forwarding 4569 from all interfaces. Fix was to add the WAN interface to the in-interface.
