[App_rpt-users] Is there a way to convert digital to analog?

Lets say some one uses my analog repeater in digital mode is there a way to
convert that to analog so that the digital does not go out over the air
also I was wondering if it was possible to block such transmissions make
asterisk ignore digital type audio..
