[App_rpt-users] Is there a way to convert digital to analog?

What digital mode is it being pass through? I can see this happening 
with AX.25 when someone has PL set, but for digital voice they don't use 
PL so if your repeater is using PL digital voice should not be passed 
thru the repeater.
