[App_rpt-users] Fwd: Is there a way to convert digital to analog?

[Sione Ragle]

I need to listen to it at home, I have too much noise at work to hear 
much but from what I hear so far almost sounds like as if someone's 
radio having issues.

Was this just a one time thing? or it happens often?
