[App_rpt-users] ARnewsline over repeater

I remember past discussions on this, but I don't know what the best way to
do it is. Does anybody here have a good solution for airing AR newsline /
do you have the code to download it, play it etc.?

The repeater someone asked the possibility of airing news-line does have a
hardware timeout timer, so AllStar would have to somehow manually un-key
every few minutes and then continue playing.
