[App_rpt-users] Thru Hole Voter Board Firmware Update Procedure

I've had pretty good success with the BG7TBL Sine wave GPSDO and they're
not too expensive.  You'll need a transmitter that's capable of and
external frequency reference.  MTR2000, MTR3000, Quantar, Mastr III have
this input.  Maybe others also.
