[App_rpt-users] rpt.conf questions

The only one that is global is the link tx tone.  No reason you couldn't define the other ones.  For example I have my unlinked courtesy tone on my public node ct=26 and the private one in the same box ct=31.  The only one that is global is the link transmit tone.
