[App_rpt-users] New Configuration Help

I have install the CenTOS software with all the hardware installed URI and
Radio, but it never did ask me for node number, callsign etc.
I'm at the [root at test ~]#
I know I now need to configure this not sure how to change directories.
CD /etc just brings me back to the root
