[App_rpt-users] changing funcchar in rpt.conf messed up echolink

I thought I would change the command prefix of my private simplex node to
be D rather than *. Using the funcchar parm in rpt.conf seemed to work in
general. But for some reason echolink would no longer complete outbound
connections. I'm betting that there is a separate parameter for the
echolink funcchar value. However I wasn't able to find it documented. Any
ideas?
