[App_rpt-users] ctss repeater

Hello,

I use:

ctcssfrom=no
carrierfrom=usbinvert (you may need to use usb instead of usbinvert for COR)

That allows ctcss to be handled by the radio, and not processed via DSP in
app_rpt.
