[App_rpt-users] Web transceiver Certificate Expired

The Java certificate for the Webtranceiver has expired and will not be
renewed. But you can add an exception to your Java security settings in the
control panel or system preferences.

FYI, if anybody wants to step up and sign the Jar file please let me know.
