[App_rpt-users] 2 Echolinks on Server solved!

Why would you want 2 echolinks if they are tied to the same allstar node?
When you make an outbound connection, will it try to go out both or
randomly one or the other?

I would expect one echolink per allstar node would be the only reason to
have 2 echolink numbers on one server.
