[App_rpt-users] echolink issues node 42071

I can connect to their echolink (K8KZO-L) no problem with my personal
echolink w2ibc and my rpt node w2ibc-r and the same people who can't
connect connect to their node have no problem connecting to mine.

for sure something strange is going on in echolink land.
